  1. How to participate: To participate, contestants will need to
  • 1) Follow @selectsportamerica and 2) Tag 2 friends on Instagram 3) Like the giveaway post

  1. Rules: Contestants must provide all requested information for eligibility to win. Entries that are incomplete or unintelligible will be disqualified. Entries must be received by 10:00 AM EST, May 21, 2021. Any information provided by the contestant becomes the property of Select. Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger or Twitter Direct Message. Contestants are eligible to submit multiple times if a different friend is tagged. In no way is this contest sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

 

  1. Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Select, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

 

  1. Campaign period: This contest will run from 3:00 PM EST, 05/19/2021 until 10:00 AM EST, 05/21/2021. All entries must be within this time frame.

 

  1. Prizes and odds: The winner of this contest will receive one (1) Numero 10, size 5, white soccer ball. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries.

 

  1. Winner selection and notification: One contestant who follows @selectsportamerica and tags 2 friends on either Instagram and likes the giveaway post will be selected at random as the winner. If no one follows both rules then SELECT will randomly pick a winner who followed SELECT, tagged friends, liked, retweeted or replied the post.  Notification will be made by Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days following the end of the contest. Select shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notice due to privacy settings, spam, junk email or other non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as requires, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. No cash or other substitutions of prizes is permitted except at the discretion of Select for a prize of equal or lesser value. Select will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

 

  1. Terms and Conditions: Select reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Select’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Select may select the Winner for all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Select.
